MMP Baking began the same way everything does at Mike's Moka Pot — with obsessive attention to detail and an unwillingness to cut corners. What started as weekend experiments in laminated dough has become something we're genuinely proud to put our name on.
Every Pain au Chocolat is hand-made in Kingsbarns, folded through 27 layers of butter, glazed, and baked to order. We don't stock a shelf. We bake for you, when you need it.
It ships in individually wrapped parcels, sealed with our "hand made" stamp — because that's exactly what they are.
